Peli Products (UK) Ltd will display the Peli™ brand of protective cases, the ultimate in equipment protection.  More than 45 years of product development has ensured the Peli™ range is the “go to” choice for high quality protection and rugged reliability.

Over this time, the range has expanded to include the Peli Storm series and the lighter weight Peli Air cases have also been developed.

The Peli™ Air Case range has recently been expanded with the addition of new sizes of deep and long versions. Peli Air cases are designed to maintain the same level of durability as the classic Peli cases, the Air models’ weight has been reduced by up to 40 percent.  The range is constructed of premium lightweight HPX2 resin.

Peli™ Protector Cases

The extensive range of Protector cases includes a panel frame option for many models.  These mounting brackets are used to install electronics or instrumentation panels into the cases, providing essential protection. The panel frame has an O-ring gasket which seals the panel so the case remains watertight, even with the lid open.

The Peli™ 0450 Tool case will be on display at the show in Farnborough.  It offers the mobility and benefits of a rugged, watertight Peli Protector™ Case.  The design now features an aluminum rail slide system, each tray slides out into a secure position for easy access to tools and can be effortlessly removed for repositioning or cleaning. The 0450 is designed to withstand extreme temperatures, rough handling and the worst conditions while keeping tools intact.

Bespoke tool control inserts organise the contents efficiently and using coloured foam, ensure missing items are easily identified, eliminating the risk of Foreign Object Damage (F.O.D.).  Durable custom foam ensures tools are secured in position and fully protected in transit.

Custom Foam Solutions

Peli Products (UK) Ltd offer protective packaging solutions designed and manufactured in house at our foam engineering facility.  Precision engineered foam inserts optimise the space and are ideal for sensitive, fragile equipment such as electronics, instrumentation and tool control.

The full customisation service includes in-house military packaging design capability.   Bespoke military level packaging is designed to Defstan 81-41, with close MOD liaison.

CAD is used to ensure space is optimised, often amalgamating items into one case that were previously in several different storage systems.  Reducing the size or quantity of the case(s) also reduces logistics costs. The bespoke insert holds the contents securely while specialised foams minimise the risk of damage during transit

The team of Peli foam specialists will be on stand J100.  They have a wealth of knowledge in assisting customers to prevent transit damage and they will be available to discuss individual requirements. Our foam specialists are based all over the UK, ensuring they can respond quickly and personally to customers who require equipment to be scanned to create the bespoke foam insert.
